Sadly no vegan options - Edit
Walked 40 minutes from Naxos town to find this place on the basis of the review below, which is sadly out of date. There is no separate vegan menu, no vegan options even. Barbara from England doesn’t work there anymore. Nice surroundings and pleasant staff.

Best Vegan Options on Naxos! - Edit
We recently visited Naxos in July 2022. Vegan options are hard to come by on the queen of the Cyclades so we planned to stay at Kavos Naxos Boutique Hotel because of the Stelida Restaurant. It is hard to not rate the hotel along with the restaurant because both are amazing and intertwined. First the service is top-notch. Barbara, a London native who has lived on Naxos 35 years, is the most helpful and wonderful person and is easy to contact for the current vegan menu, directions, etc. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. As far as food goes we tried nearly everything on the menu and enjoyed it all very much. The vegan moussaka was delicious and unlike other moussaka we had elsewhere. The béchamel on this version was more cheesy than puffy/fluffy. Dip your bread in and enjoy! Also a highlight were the eggplant scallops! They were extremely tender and packed with flavor.
