Simply Delicious! - Edit
Very good food! Quesadilla and burrito are available in vegan, as are many items from the menu. The Nettbröttchen is also a tasty vegan version of the disputed Mettbrötchen. It doesn't taste too similar, which is good for us! Prices were comparatively cheap, be sure to bring cash though as we don't know if you can pay per card.

I can only agree with the other reviewers. Steini’s is a really cool traditional German “Kneipe” or Pub with the twist that all their food is vegan (unfortunately they still offer some non-vegan cheese on some dishes but you can also have them without).

A good hearty vegan change - Edit
The vegan / vegetarian bar in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim near the church on Gerricusplatz has reopened for only take-away since March 23, 2021. It is possible to order by phone. Hanna and Andreas Steinhauer offer very friendly service.
Read moreThose who love hearty, spicy food will like the dishes on offer. In addition to the fixed menu, there is a menu that changes every week.
The two dishes tested, Texmex Burger and Quesadilla, were very tasty and to be recommended.

Excellent veggie pub - Edit
Hanna and Andreas took over the pub, renovated it and changed the cuisine to vegan/vegetarian - with full success. The owners and the staff are exceptionally friendly and warm, so that one feels immediately welcome even among the numerous regular guests.
Read moreThe menu (with currently 9 mostly mexican style dishes) is basically vegan, some dishes are also available vegetarian. My Quesadilla was the best I have ever eaten! Everything tasted very good and savoury, I am sure it will satisfy any meat eater as well. They offer a wide range of beer including the local "Hosen Hell".
