2023: vegan kimchi ramen with tofu is solid, & add’l vegan options looked good as well

Pretty tasty - Edit
I had the shoyu ramen with mushroom broth. It was tasty. Could’ve used a bit more flavor, but it was hearty and satisfying. I also had the chive cakes and the dumplings with were yummy.

We had Pad Thai vegan version and Miso Ramen and vegan Gyoza. All excellent tasting and large portions.

Pretty good! - Edit
Gyoza were pretty flavorless, and I would say not worth it. However, the Banh Xeo was really good! Lots of veggies, interesting flavors and textures. I recommend trying that. It’s enough food to be the entrée for one person.

MUST TRY! - Edit
This is a must try if in the area. I got the Gyoza Dumplings and they were absolutely delicious. My husband non-vegan go the Chicken Summer Rolls; they have a tofu vegan option as well. Perfect for a light lunch in the summer/spring☀️
