Good food with options - Edit
I had the very pad Thai which was good. I added some saluce and lemon and it was better. I had better ones but it was nice and filling. I also got some fresh lettuce and herbs form my friends pho and added it which made it better too

Great pancakes. - Edit
Asked for vegan pancakes (not on the menu), it was very tasty. Also got the coconut coffee in the vegan version but I was not told that removing the condensed milk would ruin it. Was really not good.

Pancakes and Coconut Coffee - Edit
Finally some vegan breakfast in Cat Ba other than toast and jelly. The waitress spoke well english and knew “vegan”. I had vegan pancakes with coconut cream and mango lime. Their coconut coffee is based on real frozen coconut.
