Good food - Edit
I had the Nashville Hot Chicken, which wasn’t spicy in the least but the chicken was good. My wife had the S&S burger and thought it was great! The kiddy meal was perfect, and the cauliflower wings were on the itty bitty side but flavorful.

Stalk & Spade was at Twin Cities Veg Fest today with several fresh grilled and fried options. I had the shrom burger and can't wait to try other options next time I make it to their restaurant.

We love this place! Everything we have tried is so delicious and VEGAN! I wish there were more restaurants on the East side of the cities, but look forward to them expanding their stores. Service is fast and the employees are super helpful!

Trendy Fast Food - Edit
Very cute/trendy branding. I liked the crispy chick’n sandwich, fries and fancy sauce were okay, and the milkshake was okay. I’d come back and try their wraps or other frozen treats. The strawberry milkshake just tasted completely artificial.

Meh - Edit
I don’t know what I’m missing that everyone else is finding, but I’ve been here three times and haven’t liked anything I’ve had except the fries and blizzard thing. Burgers are generic and taste like a beyond/impossible that you can get anywhere. Chicken has never been crunchy, sauces are bland, and my Caesar wrap had an odd tangy flavor that I really didn’t enjoy. Milkshakes are okay, but are a bit watery/icy yet are so thick and hard to drink

The seasonal st. Patrick’s day shake was awesome. Burger was also a great option and proved to be very cheesy and melty. Hard to believe it was a boca burger!

Ordered online, picked up and ate in store. My husband and I both got the “spicy” Asian chicken sandwich. It was OK, but worse than pretty much any other option nearby (J Selby’s and Herbie Butcher’s both have better chicken sandwiches, Soul Bowl has better chicken.) The menu is small and boring, the food is kinda expensive, and the ambience reminds me of an especially spacious public bathroom. No compelling reason to go back.

Terrific Stop! - Edit
We went here across the metro as a quick discovery while scrolling for vegan options. Wow, I tell ya what, you should take a trip and try this place! They are new and deserve to stay open. Got two burgers, a chicken sammich, fries, and shakes. All of it is vegan and dairy free.
Read moreWhen we arrived there wasn’t hardly anyone there. We got lucky. Placed our order, they ask for your number to text you when it’s done due to the wait. We waited about ten minutes. The. My name was called. Hot food was ready. I felt like I was at a high class Mcd’s! The burgers were very tasty. Tasty like summer. Gooey cheez mimic whatever it was. It didn’t have that crayon taste diya does. It was good! The fries, well it’s hard to mess those up. But they were great! The chicken sammich wasn’t bad either! It was a spicy sriracha bbq sandwich. It was good! I wanna try the other ones they have. I didn’t have enough room to try the nuggets. I got an Oreo shake after. That was about the only thing I didn’t care for. It tasted like it was trying to be icing. But not very good. I won’t be getting that again. Just needs some help with the recipe. But I absolutely will be going back. The staff was great and polite and it was very clean inside. Go there, you won’t regret it!
Be advised, it is very expensive. But like all vegan things, this is to be expected. My meal plus two others and three shakes with just one extra sandwich was 76 bucks. But that’s what you expect when eating this way so deal with it!
Pros: All of it is vegan, Absolutely delicious , Staff is nice
Cons: Very expensive , Ice cream was a let down, No refills!

My omni husband said the shroom burger ranked in the top 3 burgers he's ever had (vegan or not). The chicken sandwich reminded me of the fast food chicken sandwiches I used to love so so so many years ago. Sauces were a good portion for the price. I liked chipotle mayo best, and garlic mayo was good too. Fries were a little salty but the sauce helped balance that. Sundae was great! Can't remember the last time I had soft serve. So happy to see the place was hopping with young people getting ice cream on a hot day. It's great for the restaurant and happy cows! Manager Luis was very friendly, taking time to talk to us. When he learned we were visiting from out of town, he brought us a list of other vegan restaurants to try in the area! So thoughtful!

This place is a fun fast food type place, but everything is vegan. Food was good, especially the smiley shakes, which are similar to blizzards. We ordered to take out but would like to go back and eat there. They open the front like a garage door.

So good! - Edit
The chicken sandwiches are really good; nicely seasoned and moist. I think the burgers are beyond meat, which I like. Prices are reasonable. Fries are so good, they're similar to Burger King. Food arrives quickly. The milkshakes are icy/watery so I wasn't a fan. The drink options are peculiar, some probiotic canned water, juice boxes, bottled water, and cans of sprite and coke zero I think. Fast food type atmosphere. Outdoor seating is pretty with string lights and greenery around. The employees were friendly and efficient; kudos to them since the restaurant just opened so it was really busy and kind of hectic, as with most new restaurants. Definitely going there regularly :)

Best nuggets great fries great dessert - Edit
Food is expensive but well worth it especially the chicken items which are the best chicken mimics I've had. My wife who doesn't eat any chicken (real or vegan) loved the nugs.

Amazing! - Edit
went there for my birthday and it was enjoyable for my whole non vegan family. Definitely recommend getting the regular fries and a chicken sandwich as they tasted better than the burgers and sweet potato fries. The icecream is good, but if you have a peanut allergy like I do you have to get plain soft serve.

Awesome burgers and delicious ice cream - Edit
I got the deluxe burger (ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickles) and it was so good.
Read moreThe shakes are super thick and definitely closer to a concrete shake than a traditional milkshake (no straw, just spoon) and really good. The oat milk base is a win in my book!
The real highlight of my meal was the soft serve!! I haven’t had decent soft serve since going vegan and this was perfect for me. I got vanilla soft serve with strawberry sauce and loved it (I just wish I had gotten sprinkles too). I actually wanted to go back and get another but the line had gotten long.
The store opens up like a garage so it seems great for hot summer days. Definitely looking forward to ordering again, but recommend doing pickup instead.

We've gone several times now. Have gotten the chicken sandwiches mostly. We tried one burger but it simply just isn't as great or as interesting. I adore the sriracha chicken sandwich, and strawberry shake.
