Cool place, tasty food - Edit
Its a bit my fault for not loving this because maybe it's just not my type of food. The vegan options are more on the side of Spanish with the black beans and burritos etc. I may have enjoyed the burrito with ground vegan patty but I opted for the potato spuds scramble with tofu. It wasnt really a scramble as I imagined. It was more like home fried potatoes topped with veggies and beans and small fried tofu pieces. I uploaded a pic. It was still tasty but I was expecting a tofu scramble with potatos not so many cubes haha however it was nearby and quick and had outdoor seating. The waitress was very nice and helpful and knew what was vegan and what wasn't! They even signed us up for their reward card just incase we are in the area or near another location. My boyfriend got the vegan party on toasted bread and he ate the whole thing and seemed to enjoy. I believe it was a black bean burger. He loves those but I'm not such a fun.

This is not vegan food - Edit
The restaurant has a soul for sure. Service is approximate to say the least, but the place was busy. The dish that I chose was just ingredients thrown in together (tofu, veggies, beans, potatoes) without any seasoning. They just give you a cup of red/green sauce and call it a dish. Since my hubby loved his non-vegan item, I may go back and try another option.

2 Thumbs Up - Edit
I absolutely love Squeeze In. I’ve been coming here since it opened up and I’ve stayed true. The menu is very expansive and it’s easier than most to have a great, protein rich vegan meal. Ever since my boyfriend became fully Vegan this is one of the few places we consistently go.
Read morePros: Great, relaxed atmosphere, Wide range of food, The drinks are made strong ;)
Cons: Coffee taste ranges depending on who makes it, Service gets annoyingly bad when they are busy
