Nice little spot - Edit
Lovely location, fresh food, nice atmosphere.
Read moreWe ordered the sausage sandwich, almond scone and biscotti cupcake.
The sausage sandwiches were yum 🤤 the cupcake was even more yum 🤤 but the scone not so much unfortunately. But there are many more things to choose from and everything looks fresh.
Defo worth a visit when in the area!
Pros: All vegan, Location, Food
Cons: Scone

A lovely little find - not overly large but staff and food tip top. - Edit
Staying in the area as my mum is in hospital. Needed a decent vegan eatery as choice not good where I’m staying. Parked right outside and had a wonderful sausage ciabatta, cake and 2 teas. Would highly recommend for a snack - which as it says Deli, Cakes, Coffee on the board is just what they do. Tasty😋

Love it! - Edit
There’s a large selection lovely of food and drink here, and it’s also very convenient as it is in the metro station. It also sells a few vegan products, however it is only open 4 days a week, and closes quite early. Additionally, it’s quite small so it’s sometimes difficult to get tables.

Great vegan cafe - Edit
I had a blueberry and coconut muffin that was probably the best muffin I've ever had, vegan or otherwise, and a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. The coffees come with oat milk as standard but you can request a different milk. There was also a selection of syrups. Fantastic stuff, I'll be visiting again if I'm in the area.

Best vegan sausage panini I've ever tasted!!! - Edit
My partner & I discovered Square Roots Kitchen on the Happy Cow app as we were staying in Holystone for the Great North Run & it was the closest Vegan place to us...We were NOT disappointed!!! Extremely friendly proprietors & the best sausage panini & bacon panini we've had! Also delicious coconut lattes too!!! We also purchased a couple of scones & muffin for later on...they looked too good to resist!!! 100% RECOMMENDED!!!🌱💚🌱

Lovely vegan snacks and groceries - Edit
Had a spirulina, berry, and banana smoothie, and a biscoff cupcake. They had a great rotating menu and some really affordable groceries including a MASSIVE jar of biscoff spread for £10. Really tasty! My sister had an amazing hot chocolate with vegan marshmallows and cream.

Superb - Edit
Great location, fantastic food and very helpful, friendly staff. The food and cakes are amazing. So much choice and not your run of the mill vegan food. The sausage rolls with chilli jam are amazing. Very fresh and homemade. Chocolate, marshmellows, cheese, milk etc can also be purchased. Its just a small place but plenty places to sit and eat nearby. There's usually tables and chairs for a few diners inside and more outside the premises (pre covid).

Great little place - Edit
For 6 weeks in the build up to Christmas I was trading on the indoor market. Discovering this place meant that I could have warm food on those cold winter days. The sausage rolls are some of the best I’ve had and the selection of cakes changes daily. This is definitely a must visit for anyone in the area.

No need to ask - Edit
I live in Whitley Bay and was having a walk a round the market at Tynemouth so I thought if it wasn’t too busy I’d have a quick drink. I had an oat smoothie and a chocolate brownie. I chose cashew milk for the smoothie. Both were delicious. The smoothie was refreshing and the brownie was everything you would want a goey chocolate hit. It was lovely to go somewhere and not have to question everything, it made for a relaxing rest.

Excellent food in a great location - Edit
This fully vegan cafe is the perfect choice for a snack when visiting Tynemouth, you can take your goodies out or stay in the cafe which is clean, fresh and well presented.
Read moreThe food here is excellent. We got the mushroom pie which was the best vegan pie I’ve had, the mushrooms were so meaty and the gravy they were in was so tasty. We also got the Jackfruit Sandwich, which was quite meaty too, it was served up on a nice fluffy whole grain bun and had nice herby seasoning. As well as that we got a vegan cheese scone, which is the first I’ve had, the pastry was buttery and crumbly like it should be! For sweet we got a custard muffin, this was really good, lovely chunks of apple throughout.
Pros: Excellent location, Yummy food, Inexpensive
