In the land of parmigiano and culatello, is not easy to find something vegan, even in an international outlet like Fidenza Village. So a place like Spontini can offer you a quick and easy lunch. They have a ‘vegan’ pizza -tomatoes sauce, dried tomatoes, olives, capperi and oregano - but you can remove cheese from a couple of pizza (‘vegetables’ and ‘mushrooms’)
