Awesome Selection - Edit
We come here at least once a month. I stick to the Ramsey Protein platter or Blueberry Pancakes. We order holiday meals from spiral for both Thanksgiving and Christmas - the desserts do not disappoint.

Amazing - Edit
Spiral has been around forever, the OG vegan place in Fort Worth. Everything is great in here especially the desserts. The cookie sundae is mind blowing.

Kinda disappointing tbh - Edit
I like the concept of a vegan diner with a wide array of options, but Spiral has been really hit and miss. My experience tonight was particularly disappointing.
Read moreOn my way through the metroplex on a road trip, I was craving breakfast for dinner and Spiral seemed like a good idea. Halfway through ordering I realize that they don’t have any sausage, so there goes like half of your breakfast options. The only substitution was bacon and I hesitantly chose it with the Lumberjack plate.
Aside from taking an astonishing 45 minutes to put together the single, small entree on a Monday evening, the plate was rather mediocre. The tiny portion of tofu scramble was flattened like a pancake by the container of gravy. I’m not sure if that was an accident or an attempt to make the scramble look bigger. It was only enough for a few bites and it had a very dry flavor profile of salt and pepper with nothing more. No veggies or sauce? I cringed when I bit the bacon. It was dreadfully dry and I find most vegan bacon pretty bad. This was no exception. Tempeh bacon or even a moist burger would have improved this dish, which was very dry and lifeless. The biscuit was was OK and the only redeeming aspect of the entree was the gravy.
Not only were they out of sausage, but I was informed that they only had spoons to-go. I passed on the utensil.
Slow service, bland food and just too expensive given the quality. Vegan food has come a long way over the years. Gone are the days where it’s hard to find tasty vegan meals. I’m not sure why Spiral is unable to grow and evolve with the times. Maybe this is part of why the Dallas location recently shut down? I like the idea, but they’ve become too inconsistent. I’ve had a few good meals in the past, but tonight was not one of them. In fact, tonight’s meal was maybe 2/5 stars.
Pros: Large menu, breakfast all day
Cons: Inconsistent, has become expensive, service can be slow

Everything tastes just 🤤 😋 - Edit
This place is simply amazing! Any non-vegans coming here wouldn’t have a f…ing clue it's all vegan 😉 Probably doesn’t matter what you order it's all going to be absolutely scrumptious. I certainly turned into a big fat vegan 🐖 🐷

my favorite restaurant - Edit
i fell in love with spiral my first time trying it and have loved it since. i always order the buffalo chicken nachos or sometimes the fajita veggie quesadillas or a philly cheesesteak. i also regularly enjoy their breakfast menu; i’ve had the pancakes and biscuits and gravy. they also add limited time themed menu items in addition to their classic menu items seasonally. quality is consistently amazing with friendly service. the price may seem high but i believe it’s fair for the portion size.

Brunch time! - Edit
The Spiral Diner has the best kind of diner menu - it's vast, spanning sweet and savory breakfasts, burgers and sandwiches, other assorted meals, and ice creams/desserts, whilst still being good quality. The staff are very friendly/sociable and helpful. I totally recommend this place for both the food and diner experience.
Read moreI love the El Paso Burger with the classic soy-gluten patty for a lunch option (they also have a veggie patty and beyond patty). For breakfast/brunch, pancakes (served with agave instead of maple syrup) with tofu scramble/sausage a la carte or The Nighthawk are best. The sausage is a seitan-based one that's chewy and yummy.

Great! - Edit
We went right before closing and shared a Philly cheesesteak with potatoes and mac n cheese. I wish there had been more veggies on our sandwich, it was quite literally just cheese and the seitan steak. However, it was still really delicious. And the “French fries” are just potatoes! They were still great, just wish I would’ve known.

One of my new favorite restaurants! Great diner food! The Mac n' Cheese 😋😋 - Edit
This was my main go to on my work trip in Fort Worth. Had the Baked Potato Grilled Cheese and added the chik'n strips and it was fantastic. Decided to have the Mac n' Cheese as well and it was one of the best mac n cheese I've ever had! So delicious! NOTE it does contain nuts.

A classic. - Edit
Spiral is always one of my favorite go-to restaurants. I bring lots of non-vegan friends here and they always enjoy themselves too. Today I had the loaded philly cheesesteak (yes, you should add the jalapeños). Their potato salad is delicious, home fries are so well seasoned, and the pasta salad is refreshing. I usually go for the Buffalo chicken nachos (a bit expensive, but when you see that serving size… WOW). My partner is an omnivore and she craves their baked potato grilled cheese. It’s always so buttery and delicious!! All their desserts are to die for also. I’m a classic chocolate chip cookie fan, and theirs are always a little different each time you go, but always scrumptious. Their milkshakes and sundaes are great, but I always recommend grabbing something from the bakery case. Basically… if you haven’t gone yet, you’re missing out.
