Amazing decor, drinks, food and service. Sat at the bar and had the chefs special burger: Impossible burger (if I recall correctly) and Chunk steak combo. Fantastic and filling. Should definitely be on the menu.

Would be a great date night out, so save up lol.

Great Atmosphere, fine drinks! - Edit
We went to Maiden for drinks and appetizers before Pizza Verde to check it out. It was great. The place is very nice and the drinks and cheese plate were amazing. We love Rebel Cheese and the accompanying bread and fruits on the cheese plate were perfect. Get the London Fog drink if you stop in. So tasty and fun to get a vegan crème drink.

Pros: Nice upscale vegan atmosphere , Drinks, Food

Amazing! - Edit
By far the best restaurant experience I have ever had. Every dish is thoughtfully executed and beautifully arranged while also being delicious. The zero proof drink pairings were amazing as well. This place is absolutely worth going to.

The perfect winter solstice evening- each course a surprising blend of unexpected flavor, color, and texture. I was a bit sad when each one was over. Shelby, our server, was knowledgeable, personable, and the right amount of attentive. And the glühwein- chef’s kiss! Just an excellent moment of winter warmth all the way around.

I made reservations for the 8-Course Seasonal Tasting Menu, which was a fall menu. It’s definitely fancy and something to experience. I loved the artistry of the dishes. The first dish is to cleanse your palate so that you can savor the flavor of the remaining dishes. The appetizer(s) come next and there’s a build up to your main course, which was delicious. It was a pasta made with cauliflower and I was surprisingly amazed, because I’m not a huge cauliflower person. I always thought the old cauliflower just wanted to be a cauliflower, but Maiden turned it into a tasty pasta dish. I really liked the specialty cheeses they had, which you can order at hh. The dessert was amazing and I definitely would like to dine again and give the bread pudding a try. I’m looking forward to trying the different menus as the seasons change.

My experience at Maiden was wonderful. I could not have asked for anything to be better. I did the 8 course tasting and am so glad I did. Everything we had was amazing. I was blown away each time at how amazing my plate tasted. All of the flavors played well with each other and progressed beautifully. Some of the courses were elevated takes on familiar flavors, and some were creative, new, and unique. On top of that, the experience was very well-thought. The plates and drinks were carefully explained by our server. Everyone was so welcoming and made our experience special by celebrating our anniversary with us. The design of the restaurant makes the experience even more magical, it feels so luxurious and unique. The zero-proof cocktails are a nice touch for those that don’t drink. I will definitely be coming back regularly for small plates and drinks as well as reserving an 8 course tasting every season as the menu revolves. Thank you Amy for yet another vegan heaven in the DFW area!

Fantastic eight course menu. - Edit
The food here is wonderful but the cuisine is only part of the experience. The ambience is beautiful - fancy, but not stuffy. Upscale but also fun. It’s so rare to find a multi-course tasting menu in the US, much less in Texas. My favorite courses were the salad and the desert, both of which made great use of mango, but everything in between was exceptional, and the portions were just right for keeping things light but satisfying. There were some a la carte small plates that were terrific, and recommended if you want a little more to nibble on. The mocktails were fantastic (my companions said the alcoholic drinks were also top notch). The menu rotates seasonally so I’m excited to go back when it’s updated.

New experience! - Edit
First time being here, the food was delicious! the portion sizes small ( i know it is a tasting menu) and the price high. I think we would go again, but with the prices not sure how often we even could go. We got the mixed pairings, out of 4 courses only disliked one . it was a slow progression, but seemed reasonable.

Not ready for prime time - Edit
I really wanted to love this. I hesitate to write this because there are just not enough vegan options for us and I definitely want Maiden to keep on trying and they will hopefully get there. I will be specific:
Read moreFor $500, ($150 per person plus drinks, plus tip), I had the expectation of having an exquisite meal. I am a temperature snob, so most of the dishes that should have been steaming hot were luke warm, and that was already a disappointment. I did like the fact that the small plates were not greasy or heavy, but I found the flavors to be not very interesting at times( stuffed parsnip with sourdough toast, beet salad with kale). The cadence of service was slow, and we noticed tables coming after us getting served before us. We were told the kitchen was “backed up” and finally, that our dessert was delayed because it was still partially frozen. Overall, I had the sense that the dishes were pre prepared and not freshly made and tasted like hotel catering. I would consider going back after they work through some of the growing pains.
Pros: Fully vegan, Only vegan fine dining in metroplex, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Very expensive , Food mediocre, No other options other than tasting menu
