Visited for the first time looking for a pho place & was surprised how many vegan options there were. Talked to the lady working and she specified that the vegetarian chicken is in fact vegan & they have vegetable broth available for the pho. I had tofu pho & Mongolian “chicken” and both were AMAZING! The Mongolian “chicken” was really great, fried with lots of texture and the sauce had great flavor. The pho was flavorful too & had lots of veggies. Also got tofu spring rolls which didn’t disappoint. Will be back again
