Follow the Indian Truck Drivers! ❤️❤️ - Edit
Authentic Indian restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Located across the street from a gas station and seems to be a favorite for truck drivers. It is now one of our favorites too!
Read moreDon’t judge the outside or when you walk in. All the stalls may be empty, but you can ask sit in them. Btw, this is not a fast food option, but that was fine for us. Sure beats fast food!!
Smells delicious upon entering and it is always a good sign when 95% of the buyers are Eastern Indian at an Eastern Indian restaurant. Went with mild to moderate spice and it was perfect. No buffet when we went. Large portions, including naan which is 4 large pieces in one order.
Only bummer is that everything, including the water, comes in plastic containers. Most likely because it is a “to go“ location for a truck drivers. Unfortunate that it causes so much waste. Also, while the restaurant was clean, recommend using bathrooms at gas station across the street because bathrooms are not as clean.
Pros: Authentic, Must better option then fast food
Cons: Plastic containers - waste, Cleanliness of bathrooms

They know Vegan - Edit
This is our second Indian restaurant at a truckstop run by Punjabi people. The food here was better than the last and that food was amazing. I was careful to tell them Vegan with no ghee, and they fully understood. In the back I saw them making everything to order, and we feasted so wonderfully. Give it a shot, just don’t expect fine dining :)

Excellent Indian food - Edit
At first, we wondered why there were zero cars at lunchtime. Almost all of the customers were Indian, Middle East, Somali, etc. truck drivers getting carry out. We asked and they said we could sit in the empty restaurant where our carry out was brought to us. Saag paneer, vegetable Kafka, garlic naan, mango lassis and chai were all excellent.
