Opened summer 2014, a modern Indian vegetarian cuisine restaurant with a molecular menu featuring pav bhaji fondue; deconstructed dahi vada; spinach and cheese cigars; paan mousse; and bubbling kulfi. Has many vegan options. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-4:00pm, 6:30pm-11:30pm.

amazing food - molecular gastronomy

Amazing food .. we had lassi which was served in a spoon and when you have it it bursts in your mouth and you get the flavour very unique way of having lassi. Mocktail with coconut was amazing too..awesome presentation and v good taste

Starters you must have Pani Puri where pani is served in syringe, Pav bhaji fondue is amazing, Panneer tikka was superb with nitorinized green chutney in a foam, nanzi is a must try.

Nitrogen paan was mind blowing. You have to visit this place for a different experience.

Location is opposite Phoenix Mills and there is Valet parking.
