No mentions of vegan - Edit
If their menu never mentions vegan, we can't fully trust the know how is there. And you're a supplicant when they have to modify things for you. Four stars is the best possible rating (for restaurants that carry meat) and I don't think this deserves that.

Lovely food and a beautiful restaurant - Edit
Mushroom Matar was really great! It was nice that there were so many vegan options available. Although, it would be even better if the foods that can be made vegan would be clearly marked on the menu. However, every vegetarian dish that doesn't contain cheese as an ingredient was possible to make.
