Also check the main deli by the entrance which will have grab-n-go meals including ones labeled vegan. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-8:00pm.

Heaven for vegans in CT - Edit
The vegan island is amazing. Lots of vegan cheese, milk, meat subsitutes etc. I totally recommend the Spar in SEAPOINT for all the vegans in CT!

secret vegan paradise - Edit
i have been stuck in cape town for months due to covid. i recently moved to bantry bay and was delighted to discover the health food section in the back of this supermarket. honestly i think it's better stocked than all of the other health food stores i've been to in cape town,. go in to the store, turn left, sanitize your hands and keep walking straight. there is a huge (for cape town) refrigerated section with fauxmage and other delicious vegan cheeses. they also sell my other favorite cape town discovery: wazoogles. enjoy! but beware some of the items in the freezers aren't vegan or veg,.

Best-kept secret - Edit
I often come to Spar for Beyond Meat burger (which the ladies will warm up for you) and a beer from Spar Tops next door. You're allowed to eat and drink in the courtyard if you sit in the Spar section. Don't forget your bottle opener!!

Sea Point Spar is the best place to shop for vegans in Cape Town! - Edit
We LOVE this shop. They stock all of our favourite products - Utopia cheese, Fry's Chicken burgers, Pesto Princess dairy free basil pesto, organic tofu, silken tofu, vegan yoghurt, vegan ice-cream, vegan bacon and even vegan friendly soaps and shampoos and conditioners. This is the go-to shop for vegans in Cape Town. They are also always getting in new vegan products and so it is always nice to walk through the vegan and health sections to find new things to try :)
