Amazing experience overall - I took my whole family here for my birthday, we ordered almost everything on the menu and the results for every item were overwhelmingly positive. The burgers were just WOW! Such good serving sizes and aesthetically pleasing too. The cocktails were also very delightful😄

I’ve tried some different things on the menu. Some are good and some are a little boring in flavor.

Unique & Refreshing - Edit
Souls has an interesting & diverse menu. I've tried vegan dishes there that I'd never tried or heard of before, which is refreshing after only managing to find the usual vegan hamburgers, salads or falafel wraps at many restaurants- even vegan ones.
Read moreThe portions are really good too, not too small or too big. The food is very high quality and you can take your non-vegan friends there- I can guarantee they will love it! The staff are also very friendly and the service is outstanding.
I would easily reccomend this to vegans and non-vegans alike!
Pros: unique dishes, high quality food, great portions
Cons: a bit pricey

Superb food - Edit
Superb food. I went for the "bacon and cheese" burger. Really juicy burger with a lot of taste. I had to ask the waiter if it was really a vegan burger, as taste and structure were like meat. Excellent service and cozy atmosphere as well. I will definitely come back.

Good vegan burgers - Edit
At Souls you can get some really good vegan burgers, with either Beyond Burger patty, or a homemade one.

Bring a meatloving friend. I assure you he/she will love the Beyond Meat burger.
The only downside is that Souls is a bit pricy. But I still think it's worth the money.

Souls - Edit
While I liked the ambiance and idea of Souls, I wasn’t very impressed with their food. I had the vegan pizza, which was not what you’d expect for pizza, it was thin and didn’t have great flavor. I also had a vegan burger but it was very dense and heavy, although the salad that came with the burger was delicious.

A little disappointing. - Edit
Had the burger with bacon and cheese, a warm potato salad and a blue lemonade.

The highlight was the lemonade.

Surreal quality and taste - Edit
Souls will amaze you. It isn’t even pricy compared to other restaurants in Denmark though the quality exceeds any other place with the same price range. Furthermore, the taste is incredible and Souls offer a wide selection of items on their menucard which makes it even harder to decide what to choose; but whatever you end up choosing, won’t disappoint you.

Salads & Burgers: Trying Beyond Meat - Edit
Souls is a hip, rustic spot and serves breakfast, juicy burgers, loaded salads, and delicious raw cakes.🌿 It's the first vegan restaurant I ever went to, and it's one of my absolute favourites in CPH. I've gone 4 or 5 times already.😏
Read moreI just went there for lunch with my dad a couple of days ago, and he got the Soul Burger, I got the Warm Potato Salad. Souls has started offering Beyond Meat patties, so my dad was excited to try it, and I was curious, too.
The Soul Burger came with the Beyond Meat Patty (option to swap it for Souls' homemade patty for a less meaty taste), grilled zucchini, caramelised onions, tomato, lettuce, pesto, and rosemary dressing.🍔
My dad gave it a 7/10: he enjoyed it, but would've liked the patty to have a more "grilled" taste. However, the first thing he said was that it tasted EXACTLY like meat. Hearing that from him intrigued me even further, so I had a bite, and I was SHOOK. I've never been a big fan of real meat, so it wasn't for me, but Beyond Meat is so realistic both he and I are sure it would fool and satiate most non-vegans!👍💕✨
The Warm Potato Salad came with roasted sweet and golden potatoes, marinaded tofu, artichoke, hummus, toasted nuts, kale, truffle dressing, curry-cashew dressing, and garlic bread.🥗
I also gave my meal a 7/10: it was well-dressed, super flavourful, and filling, as all the salads from Souls are, and I love anything with sweet potato, but there was a little to many potatoes compared to how many of the other ingredients there were. I would've loved to get some more artichoke and kale!
I've liked everything I've had from Souls' menu, it's definitely a must-try if you ever find yourself in Copenhagen. Both you and your non-vegan companions will be wowed by the incredible food, that's for sure!😊

The menu was limited the night we dined here due to a concert. But the nice spin on that one is that I have to come back and order some of the other stuff on the menu 😀
