My sister says it’s the best vegan breakfast she’s ever had. I agree. She had the vegan breakfast stacks, I had the soul bowl. We shared, split down the middle. Both were fantastic, and loaded with avocado crispy kale!

Restoring and relaxed - Edit
Discovered by accident - saw a little sign in a side window. Inside the atmosphere is ‘eclectic cosy’ - partly a former bar with repurposed older furniture and old knickknacks but not overdone. More importantly, there was a good selection of veg/vegan options and the staff was happy to oblige. I had the jack-fruit sliders, perfect for a light lunch - tasty and creatively served. I will definitely return to check out more on their menu.

What a cute little place. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did a vegan brunch for me. They have vegan whip cream, waffles, and they make their own hot sauce. Love!

While Soulfood is mostly meant to portray local foods, the vegan/vegetarian options are awesome. Taste and freshness are way above what you can find around there, would definitely return.

I’m obsessed with this place. Such a great ambiance in cranbrook! I had the vegan benny and it was delicious. They have great lattes too as well as a good selection of juices and kambucha. Unfortunately this place is very pricey but other than that it’s great!

I was travelling through and praying to find a fun place to eat! And there it was!! Soulfood!! The service was top notch! The venue was adorable! And the raw vegan alfredo dish was divine!! Extra points for the individually brewed dark roast in the cool container!!
