Good Veg korean dishes - Edit
Went and the waiters told us there vegetarian options. They also have them seperated in the menu. Vegan options where just 2, both of them really tasty and the portion was super big.

Not much - Edit
Not much to choose from, since staff does not speak English and my Korean is almost non existent I didn’t try to ask for the soup base and make us both anxious.
Read moreThe rice with soy paste sauce is ok, it comes with a packet of seaweed and a side of radish soup, of which I tried a bit and cannot assure was vegan, so I didn’t try more. Japchae was ok, but who knows how long it’s been sitting there.
I guess it would do in a pinch.
Amazing playlist tho!

Authentic korean food - Edit
Several vegan options, and all sidedishes are vegan (except kimchi is probably with fish sauce). You can eat as much japchae as you want :D

Watch out. Non-vegan sides. - Edit
It's nice to have a veggie-friendly franchise around, but there are more animal products in the food than you can see.
Read moreMake sure you tell staff that you do not eat fish products, because most of the soups are based on Korean anchovy (myeolchi 멸치). Unfortunately same applies to the sides, e.g. the glass noodles smell of beef (bulgogi 불고기) and there are oftentimes stripes of fish cake (odeng 오뎅) in it.
If you know which dishes are vegan, however, those are well done. After all, you can also fill your tummy eating from the buffet - braised black beans, green peppers in bean paste, acorn jelly, soy bean sprouts etc. should be safe.

Limited options but good food - Edit
1 soup is vegan, as well as a rice dish. The good news is that it comes with yummy side dishes: sweet beans, soybean sprouts, spicy peppers & vegan jelly dish. But careful: the kimchi and tteokbokki are not vegan! So don't eat them (they replace our kimchi and tteokbokki with the jelly dish).

Authentic Korean Cuisine - Edit
Although not completely vegan, there are a few vegetarian/vegan options on the menu which were really good! And the side dishes were vegan too.
