Great Vegan Food! - Edit

The food was amazing and the service was friendly! The portion was more than I needed to eat plus dessert, and it was all vegan. They have one meal per day, and you pay whatever you can (cash only). There is indoor seating, or you can get it to go. I'm so glad we have a vegan option in Cookeville, and I will definitely be back!

All vegan and even some gluten free. They prepare one meal a day. Pay what you want. Open Monday through Thursday 11-2. Not that great. BTW they do not wear masks but some weird air purifiers pin.

Cons: No selection--one meal prepared each day

Great Food - Edit

I took my daughter, who is a vegan, here for lunch. We find it difficult sometimes to find vegan choices at other restaurants and it was a relief to know that she could eat without the worry of something being in her food that she chooses not to eat. The food was amazing! The day we went we had salad, soup, and a sandwich. Everything was so yummy. The person working, I assume the owner, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her space.

I also love the concept of pay what you can. We put in an amount that I think would have paid for at least 3 people, there were two of us, but after eating, I wished I had brought more cash. It was so good that I would have paid double. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a mouth and eats solid food, vegan or not.
