Hair in food, dismissive and rude staff

This was ordered during the pandemic, as a takeaway. There was HAIR in the food they gave me (found several fused with the cheese). I sent a picture and a Sombrero woman very rudely dismissed it. Refused to give any refund or even apologise. I was told the owner “does not wish to compensate you” word for word. They essentially didn’t care about the cleanliness. I don’t even care about the money, it’s more that they were so rude and dismissive... I cannot eat their food again after this.

This used to be a good restaurant, so I’m feeling a bit betrayed by their shocking service today. They then tried to make me come in person to show them the food... I was shocked they’d suggest this in the middle of a pandemic... No refund was given by the restaurant. I said I’d never order again and I’d tell people I know to not to... 14 levs for a hairy greasy disgusting enchilada which was binned. Also not vegetarian friendly.

So if you want hair in your food, or at least, the rudest, most dismissive people in Plovdiv to make your food, then this is the place.

Beautiful burritos

You need to spend a bit of time looking through the menu to find what to eat, but it’s worth the patience. We ordered burritos (there’s a few choices) and just didn’t touch the guacamole or cool sauce it came with. There is an allergy listing at the back of the menu which we only noticed after we ordered, so do check that if you’re unsure what to order. Portions huge- we could have shared. Bit of a trek here but we did the walk so we could see the communists architecture in the area.

Pros: Huge portions , Tasty and reasonably priced , Lots of tables, friendly service

Cons: Quite a walk but could visit shopping mall too, Hard to work out contents of dish/sauces
