Everything vegan and tasty! - Edit
I went here with my husband and a friend and everyone enjoyed their meals very much (the veggie burger was a bit messy to eat as a sandwich). Very happy to find an all-vegan cafe in Jackson!

Eat here. - Edit
I’m sad I didn’t realize this spot was 100% vegan till my last day on my vacation in Jackson. The food is great and the house made sauces are seriously amazing. I had the Buffalo cauliflower tacos and my partner had the falafel with a side of soup. Everything was delicious. We also enjoyed a lemon cupcake we got to go!

All vegan - Edit
We went for dinner, but they serve breakfast all day. This place is entirely vegan. The food was good - we had mushroom quesadillas and the SOL burrito. Food was a little bland but we still ate everything!

Vegan oasis in Wyoming! - Edit
I was so excited to find this all vegan restaurant in a land of meat and dairy options only. We came twice during our visit and would have come more if possible. Everything was delicious, fresh and healthy. It was right in the town and easy to find. There was indoor dining which was very cute and they had some outdoor seating on the street too. The breakfast tacos were SO good and I absolutely loved them. My husband and I love to go to the Tetons and have decided next time we need to stay closer to this restaurant so I can eat there more!

Fabulous - Edit
Thank you Happy 🐮!! We stopped in for a great lunch. Happy to see it was busy! We both had a daily special. I loved the sweet potato Quesadilla. Hot and dripping in cheese. My side was the carrot ginger soups, good. Hubby enjoyed the taco special with nopales and a side of fries. As noted before the fries are dusted in something, good but a little too much. We took home some chocolate cheesecake and I think I might of died!! It was sooooooo good!

Genuine Recipes & All-Day Breakfast - Edit
I want to give this restaurant 6 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆
Read moreThe chefs here know how to run a kitchen. There is a Mexican menu influence and the flavors are on point.
What I like most about this place is the variety of menu options from Pancakes to Tacos to BLTs to Bowls to Falafel.
The Pineapple Lemon Ginger juice was delicious.
I got pickled cabbage with my breakfast burrito. It came with a Habanero Carrot Hot Sauce, that was so good... I bought some to go!
I thought it was cool, they have options for both a Tofu OR Garbanzo bean scramble.
The owner was working front of the house, and I tipped the chefs twice the total of my tab. This is a genuine kitchen.
The prices are not cheap, but worth the value in a fully plant based menu.
Oh, did I mention it has a 2nd floor view of the mountains? Plan to have a sit down meal here! I give extra points for the reggae music in the background.
Pros: All-day breakfast, Great juices, Homemade condiments and garnishes

Great Chili - Edit
Passed through Jackson Hole on our way to Idaho Falls from Grand Teton. It’s the only vegan spot in town but we were excited to find a fully vegan restaurant. We ordered 2 Sol Burritos (one with chili, one with the soup of the day - lentil), as well as the GTP sandwich. The sol burrito was good but we felt that it needed something else. The chili was delicious. The GTP sandwich was great and the fries (covered with nutritional yeast) and dipping sauce were good too. Owner was very nice.

Go there now! Amazing! - Edit
This place is so awesome. Brandon and his crew are so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. We ate here three times in a span of five days. What a joy to have a plant based restaurant in a region that is so meat focused.
Read moreYou can’t go wrong on this menu. Over our three visits we had chickpea “huevos,” tacos, burrito, pancakes, chili, carrot ginger soup and salads. Everything was fantastic. Hard to choose a favorite but the pancakes are divine if you like something sweet. Can’t go wrong with anything you will try, though.
The portions are huge (be prepared for a take home bag!) and the ingredients are super fresh. The food as a lot of color and visual appeal. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.
Omnivores and vegans/vegetarians will all love this food. Give it a try! So thankful it is here in Jackson! Go Soluna, you rock!
Pros: All vegan, super fresh ingredients, varied menu , Friendly staff, great location, comfortable spot, Awesome for omnivores, allergy watchers and vegan
Cons: None!

good vegan option - Edit
the burrito was good! it was big and filling after a long day in the park. the fries were okay, they had a weird crumbly topping that didn’t really have a lot of flavor so that’s the only thing i wasn’t too fond of. (it was easy to take off and the fries were fine after)

Delicious and only all vegan spot in town! - Edit
I grew up here and it’s never been the mostly vegan town. We had a great health food store that got bought out and the old store got bigger and became a Whole Foods. There was a vegan spot that disappeared and most places are meat-centric. This is a new spot that’s all vegan. Great location and fresh delicious ingredients. Juices, breakfast, falafel sandwiches, soup, bowls and more. Please come here and support them. We need more vegan in town!

A meal with a view - Edit
Had a day in JH and was disappointed to find that the previous vegan cafe that I had visited has now closed. Fear not! As Soluna Cafe is a worthy substitute. I opted for the breakfast tacos, very tasty! Dining room is upstairs with a view toward the West. Went back for a takeout Mediterranean salad for dinner (also delicious). Spoke to one of the owners (Hi Mark!), he was saying cafe is just opened (2/2022). Also told him Happy Cow sent me.

Great food, big portions! - Edit
One of the best vegan meals we’ve had out in awhile! We had the SOL burrito, Buffalo cauliflower tacos, chili, and carrot ginger soup. We left feeling full and definitely satisfied. The food was very reasonably priced. The attention to detail was nice with a delicious vegan blue cheese dressing for the tacos. I wish I was in town longer so I could come back and try the breakfast options and juices.
