Fod for the Sol - Edit
Bakery serving up vegan delights. Their breakfast menu has a number of options and the cabinet is stocked with different sweet and savoury items.
Read moreWide range of drinks (I recommend the Horchata). Plenty of seating inside and out and the decor inside is a bit of a vibe.
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff
Cons: Bit pricey

This place is so awesome! I thought it was completely vegan at first. The sol tofu scramble is amazing! Big portions and good value for money 😃

One of my fav brunch spots - Edit
This place is great. I’ve eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options; shame it’s not fully vegan, but makes it a good choice for catching up with friends who aren’t vegan/vegetarian as there is something for everybody. The Royale with Cheeze is one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had, I just wish it came with fries.

Gluten free vegan bread - Edit
Options for gluten bread are quite scarce in Brisbane but sol have good options. The price is slightly high tho so have cut down on my consumption dramatically.

Nice food, slow service - Edit
Nice breakfast but very slow service. We waited roughly 30 minutes for coffee and an hour for food. Messy kitchen in view of customers. They stack all dirty crockery and cups in the restaurant on the floor. Definitely needs improvement of time management and cleanliness. It was nice food $25+ for a breakfast and drink is too much for this service and I wouldn't return.

loved that vegan tofu benny - Edit
I came to this cafe on the strength of the previous review and have to say I totally agree with the reviewer. It's a really delicious dish. Great flavours and textures. Haven't had a croissant for a very long time and to have it served up with avocado, tofu, kale and the most yummy cheese sauce was just an excellent combination. It just made it one of those perfect and surprising dishes rarely found.

Brisbane's Best Vegan Breakfast - Edit
They updated the menu recently and I wanted to make sure people knew how good it was.
Read moreFor my money (and it's not particularly cheap), the best vegan breakfast in Brisbane is their tofu benny. It's a vegan croissant, with two slices of sauteed tofu, covered in benedict sauce, some nut cheese, avocado and sauteed kale. Just delicious.
I also really like the breakfast beans, white beens sauteed in rosemary, with roasted tomatoes and avocado.
They've got some great vegan smoothies too.
The new menu also includes vegan burgers and vegan pizzas. I haven't had the pizzas here yet, but if they are as good as their fortitude valley used to be, they are the best I've had.
Pros: Best vegan breakfast in brisbane, Best vegan pizzas in brisbane, Great breads from bakery
Cons: Service sometimes slow, but staff are nice

Great cafe and bakery - Edit
Great spot for a coffee and be sure to pick up a loaf of their amazing bread. Always some tasty treats in the cabinet to accompany your coffee or tea. Home made almond milk is lovely as is the Tumeric latte. Lovely outdoor area to relax in.

neat bread shop - Edit
Unfortunately there isn't really a menu, just a glass cabinet area with the items of the day up for sale. You can get all their breads in loaves, too. There were a few vegan cakes that looked amazing, but the sandwich option was one grilled veggie... I was expecting to be able to select a bread and sandwich filling options which would make this place actually worth going to.

Cons: can't make your own, all items premade
