Serves meat, vegan options available. Thai restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the Dusit Thani Guam Resort Hotel. The manager is familiar with what vegan means. Of the curry options, only the yellow curry can be made vegan (must specify vegan/no fish sauce). Also offers a tofu stir fry and spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce. Menu has vegetarian and gluten-free labels. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm.

No vegan curry - Edit
We were assured no curry could be made vegan because the curry paste is not vegetarian, so assumedly the yellow curry mentioned in a previous post wasn’t actually vegan. I had to eat gluten because we couldn’t negotiate anything else on the menu. Gluten free and vegan would be hard. They gave us beef as an appetiser without asking, but when we sent back the beef they gave us rice paper rolls to replace them.
Read morePros: Stir fry tofu was nice, Very luxe decor, Speedy service
Cons: I’m unsure anything we ate was really vegan, $50 USD for 2 mains & lemonades, Difficulty of communicating veganism

Few options but tasty - Edit
I called ahead to see if they could accommodate vegans and the lady who answered the phone said yes (I clarified no fish sauce, dairy, etc). When I ordered at the restaurant I again specified no fish sauce in the tofu green curry and about 5 mins later the manager came out and apologized and explained that only the yellow curry can be ordered vegan. She was familiar with what vegan meant and it was nice of her to take the time to explain instead of just serving the green curry without me knowing it wasn't vegan. The yellow curry ended up being fantastic as well as the spring rolls. With such few vegan options in Guam restaurants it was nice to have a large and tasty vegan entree.

Cons: Expensive, Few vegan options
