Great for your train journey - Edit
They have vegan cakes and sometimes some rawz products in the fridge. They also have plantbased milk and if run out, you can get some at the Carrefour supermarket next-door. I recommend bringing a reusable tub for cakes because they use oversized single use plastic tubs.

Great place to have some cake at the train station. They had apricot and strawberry(?) cake, both were very tasty!

The only coffee shop open very early. Has electrical sockets, an ok bathroom and good coffee with vegan milk. I only wish it opened even sooner! (Opens at 6:30)

Staff was friendly and spoke English.

There were two vegan labelled cakes available when I was there.
The apricot one tasted alright, as did the strawberry one.
Second visit: No savoury vegan options, but still a few vegan cakes. I had the banana nut cake which was relatively good. Not too dry texture, the cream on top wasn't too sweet.

So! Coffee has quite a wide selection of vegan options in both wraps and overnight oats. The coffee is also decent. Had a wrap and some oats, they where totally fine.

Clear vegan options - Edit
Lovely coffee shop with clearly labelled vegan options. They had a choice of 2 cakes (pistachio and apricot tart). They also had a range of vegan milks including oat. A comfortable place to sit whilst waiting for your train and clean toilets. The lady behind the counter was very friendly.
