Best restaurants in Seoul - Edit
This is a completely gluten-free restaurant that is hard to find in Korea. Homemade Korean sauces (e.g. red pepper paste, soy sauce) are gluten-free and safe. While it is based on Korean food, the pasta and gnocchi are fresh and delicious. The dessert cake is also perfect. Everything is gluten-free and there is also a vegan menu.

Excellent options for vegans - Edit
Have been here multiple times while staying at Times Square. The taste is next level, and they use high quality ingredients. The potato gnocchi and eggplant and tofu curry are must try dishes. Also have some dessert options in the cabinet.

Oasis in dry area for vegans - Edit
Snack Room is from same people that had the now closed Bread Worker. Same great quality baked goods but increased dining options. Lunch is limited to mainly baked good and a salad so I the salad, which was a nice change from eating too many scones, cookies and cakes. Dinner has more options.
