Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We were shown a small but good selection of vegan cheeses in the cheese cooler room. Mostly the Tasmanian Lauds and some Noshing (WA). Also found lots of yummy dips, jams, breads ect on the shelves from local companies. Our favourite was the sorbet. Out of the two ice cream counters, one was completely vegan with at least 12 flavours and I noticed that there was containers in the fridge with different flavours. We had Lyche/coconut and Matcha green tea which were both delicious. All the gelato is made locally too. It was easy to find everything to make a yummy cheese board:)
It was great to find vegan cheeses, chutneys, oils, breads, crisps, sorbets and chocolates! Do not miss this place to grab an amazing vegan picnic. We picked up the vegan Brie which was amazing. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
Loads of different vegan cheese stocked as well as interesting condiments ie hot sauce, dukkah, olive oils and etc. Had the vegan cheese platter the brie especially was really tasty. Dairy eating partner also enjoyed. Their menu included some vegan options such as a plant based hot dog and burger.
Edit. Upon a second visit tried the vegan hot dog. It was pretty good. The sauces were nice. Added on chips which came as a very large portion. Good value for money.
