Went there with my sisters, we had the almond croissant, pain au chocolates, ham and cheese croissant and the babka with cheese and chorizo. Everything was delicious. Definitely go there!!

"Rising to Perfection: The Plant-Based Bakery's Sourdough Sensation" - Edit
The sourdough bread at Slow Sourdough & Co Bakery was exceptional. Its crust had a delightful crunch, while the inside was airy and chewy, just as a good sourdough should be. And the staff greeted me warmly upon entering and were eager to assist with any questions I had about their products. “I’ve decided to explore some sweet plant-based options next Saturday. Everything I tried was SO tasty. This has to be one of the most delicious spots for vegan pastries I ever went to (and I went to many many many). It's tucked away, but pretty popular, and the interior looks wonderful.

The bakery items here are on another level thank anything i have ever tried! I got 6 items to myself 🤣. Croissant, pesto and tomato swirl, chocolate bun, cinnamon bun, almost croissant, cheese and ham croissoint. The ham and cheese croissant we SOOOO amazing. I’m glad this isn’t where I live or if he eating so much.

Oh, were those pastries even real? We tried the cinnamon roll, the chocolate bun and the pain au chocolat. Everything was absolutely delicious. Nice interior and the friendly service made it without any doubts five stars for us. If we would come back in the are, Slow would be a must

"Babka de Canela fatia (this braid thing with icing sugar) was not so tasty. Kind of boring and dry. Apple or cream would have gone well with it.
The cinnamon bun and scone were okay (3 out of 5 Gurmet stars).
Chocolate bun and mini babka were good (4 out of 5 Gurmet stars).
The bread with the seeds on it tastes ok but is made of white flour and the seeds are only superficial. The shop assistant didn't speak English, so communication was difficult beyond show.
I generally wished for more wholemeal and organic products, which unfortunately I couldn't find here.
It wasn't particularly filling (just white flour).
The sweetness was well balanced.
I found the prices ok.
