This ice cream stand now always has 2 nondairy ice creams available. The flavors vary. They also have soy based milkshakes and speciality nondairy sundaes in addition to those that can be made accidentally vegan.

Cute walk up ice cream place with rotating vegan options. When I went, they offered a cherry soft serve, vanilla bean custard style, and shamrock mint custard style. They have a bunch of fun ways to customize your ice cream and can modify most of them to be vegan. I got the shamrock mint as a flurry with Oreos added and asked for no whip cream.
