Several vegan options - Edit
Delicious vegan options (ask them what they are since they’re not marked on menu). Lots of oil used though. Great samosa.

I absolute loved their biryani. They had a whole separate menu section of vegetarian options. Don’t forget to grab some Naan as well!

Great Indian food & good selection - Edit
The lunch buffet offers several vegan and vegetarian options. The chicken dishes are in a separate serving area than the non-chicken. The dining room is well decorated and over has a good atmosphere. Very attentive service.

This restaurant has been endorsed by the K-Town Vegans MeetUp Group as Vegan Friendly. We have had several group dinners at Sitar. The menu is extensive and the quality of the food is consistently good. The staff appear to be well informed about vegan options.
