Good vegan options and shakes and coffee - Edit
Hola tamale was great. Could get extra tamale for just $5 but one was more than enough.

Vegan tamales were very good - Edit
I got the vegan tamale and it comes with beans and rice and a really good red salsa. It’s actually a good amount of food for the piece especially for being in an airport. I added an extra tamale for $5. The whole meal was really good and I would highly recommend

Vegan Tamales found at PHX Southwest Airlines D Gates - Edit
The Tamales are tasty and the Oat Chai is great, not too sweet. They good looking empanadas here should offer a vegan chorizo. They do have a Vegetarian spinach cheese and also dulce de leche empanadas.
