Is it really vegan? - Edit
Ramen was not good, didn’t like the noodles or broth. I got the Veggie Ramen. It’s labeled as vegetarian. Really unclear if it’s vegan, another review below states that there may be eggs in the noodles? Seems like this place is more about the “vibes” than quality. Go to Rakkan Ramen in Little Tokyo instead!

Ramen is NOT vegan - Edit
The noodles at Silverlake Ramen contain eggs per their allergen information sheet on their website. So they do not have a vegan ramen option. Here’s the link for their allergen information sheet: https://silverlakeramen.com/SLR_ALLERGEN%20INFORMATION_VER_2021.pdf

Rich broth - Edit
The veggie broth is rich and fatty tasting (this is what you want!). The service was quick and the employees friendly.

Very Filling - Edit
Their vegan ramen is just okay. Nothing special, but if you're in the area it's an option. Also, don't plan on going out after you dine-in. You and your clothes will smell like oil the whole night!

Cons: Expensive, nothing special. Leaves you smelly
