A Great Find in Beachmere

This was a real surprise find! The menu had a couple of vegan options, but when I went to order, I asked if anything could be made vegan and I was interested particularly in a big breakfast. The lady went and asked the chef and he said he was happy to make the big breakfast a vegan big breakfast and that they would soon be changing their menu to include other vegan items including a vegan big breakfast. It was the most delicious, filling, nutritious big breakfast I think I have ever had. The plate was brimming and looked so beautifully presented. Even down to the sourdough toast it looks spectacular! I will definitely be back and they also do themed vegan nights for dinner which I would love to attend because the food was amazing! I also have the Chai tea which was a loose leaf, Marsala chai. Perfect vegan big breakfast!
