The future of hospitality - Edit
I've been waiting for years to finally try this restaurant and I left happier than I could ever imagine. The food is absolutely amazing, I tried the vegan option since I don't eat meat..every dish is prepared with care, creativity and most importantly is sustainable same for everything in the restaurant including furniture.
Read moreThe staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, I asked few extra questions about some preparations and someone was always ready to answer with a big smile and lots of knowledge.
Great atmosphere elegant but minimal and easy going, I love it!
I also purchased the book which I recommend to everyone is so well written, true and interesting!

Zero waste restaurant with delicious vegan fine dining menu option - Edit
Looking at the open kitchen as the food is assembled in front of your eyes. A zen experience. The vega option menu with the wine pairing is what you should go for.
Read moreThere is a shorter and a longer menu. I’ve been there twice in two weeks and both times had the long menu. It was the same, but what was interesting is that my favourites, each time where different. And not because of the preparation. It's the mood, the taste buds.
So, go again and again.
I love the vibe, and if you have been following me by now you know I like open kitchens and sitting at the bar.
Everything is made out of recycled materials.
