Fave spot!!!

The best noodles. Both hot and cold options which are both good, depending on your mood. So affordable too! Ate here so many times while in Taipei

Spicy cold noodles for hot days

Everything has already been said: relatively cheap (standard price for cold noodles), convenient location, many sides to choose, English menu, tasty food.

Delicious

The noodles are so good, everything is fresh and the family who run this stall are incredibly lovely. So cheap for the quality of food. There is an English menu and they only take cash.

Pros: Quality of food, Price, Service

Cons: Not open everyday

Love the cold noodles!

The shop was closed the first time we tried (earlier than advertised) but we came back for lunch and were pleased to find it open. Lovely old couple who handed us an English menu. We ordered cold sesame noodles, cold spicy noodles, miso rice soup, and 2 sides - gluten & broccoli, both of which came with ginger and soy sauce. Everything tasted lovely and it was cheap too!

fill you up with only NT200

3 bowls of noodles, 卤味 plus soup at only NT200. I wish I had more stomach to go night market.

Tasty and cheap

Tasty food, inexpensive prices. I like their 涼麵 (liǎng miàn, cold noodles) and 麻醬麵 (má jiàng miàn, sesame paste noodles). Has a limited selection.

Cons: Limited selection, Limited hours, closes early

Simple, authentic, good

This is a simple stand offering a couple of varieties of noodle, as well as some sides. It's simple, but really similar to what you find in South West China. They have optional garlic and scallion, which is a godsend in Taiwan, where most veg places are run by Buddhists.

Pros: Authentic, They have garlic

Cons: I wish it was open late night

Delicious!

This was one of my favorite meals in Taipei. Both noodle dishes I tried were so good with great flavors. It took me a little while to find the spot, looks like it is in an alley way with other vegetarian food stalls. I will be back for another taste!

Pros: Inexpensive

Quick and cheap

Was here July 2019. Saw this place listed on happycow and gave it a try. Here's my Sichuan Liang Mian review. You can see the small dishes laid out, or just look at the plates of noodles others are eating. We tried the sesame noodles (dry) with side of marinated beancurd (tofu). Noodles tasted good though too saucey - best to specify if you want less sauce. While our meal tasted fine, my tongue felt numb afterwards likely from msg in the sauce/seasoning.
