Example of the veggie dishes include: vegetable tofu soup, hot & sour soup, vegetable spring rolls, steamed dumplings, dan dan noodles, sweet & spicy noodles, string beans, bamboo shoots with sesame oil, spicy wood ear mushrooms, eggplant with yu xiang sauce, fried tofu with vegetables family style, vegetable delight, spinach with garlic sauce, fried tofu and napa cabbage with spicy chili sauce, and mapo tofu. A few of the lo mein and fried rice dishes may be requested to be without egg. Open Mon 11:30am-9:30pm, Wed-Thu 11:30am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-10:30pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:30pm.

I got the vegetable delight, vegetable fried rice and eggplant with basil and everything was very fresh.
