it was the only one place that i found a vegan khachapuri in tbilisi and it was so tasty. they also have a mayo/garlic etc sauce side of french fries. it was soo delicious.

a sticker is pasted on each of the tables: using the QR code, you can look at the menu and zoom it in to each pixel (and on the bar, the menu is located on two sides of each sheet: turn over to see everything!)
from myself I can advise Adjarian khachapuri and pizza with broccoli and mushrooms, as well as samsa and tofu scramble
also know that the kitchen closes at 23:00, and the bar continues to work according to mood (we warn you about closing 20 minutes in advance)

It’s not just a vegan cafe it’s also an activistic project, they’re donating money to Ukraine and support local initiatives that makes this place necessary to visit.

The food here is very good, we had the peanut rice which was delicious and the kimbap was also good. Would highly recommend here for the good quality food and the service is great.

a very pleasant looking place, great staff and a really good punk vibe there. Shpana is sending money to Ukrainian vegan humanitarian funds so it feels really great to support them. but the food in general is a little bit disappointing. I was sick after eating their khachapuri and unfortunately I did’t enjoy their pastas and ramen😒

We visited Shpana three times during our stay in Tbilisi. They have a lot of variety in their menu - everything from pizza to sushi! I loved their Ramen so I had it twice and also tried the khachapuri which was very tasty. I never ate vegan fried egg before and it was amazingly good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and I really liked their music as well. Also their beer and wine options are lovely.

Great menu, with different asian style dishes. Sadly the day i came they didn't have any tofu left, so i tried kimpab. It was incredibly tasty. Also their oreo milkshake is perfectly made.

Vegan Katchupuri - Edit
I was happy to see vegan katchupuri, since I’ve been seeing regular katchupuri everywhere. It was tasty. The only thing I have to compare it to is Crossroads in LA… I’d say this one at Shpana is equal to the original Crossroads katchupuri, and better than the current Crossroads katchupuri that’s too bready. It’s nice being in Tbilisi because it’s ₾12… the one at Crossroads is ₾50 ($18) . Anyway. They have sriracha and I really think it makes katchupuri so much tastier.

The people who work here are really kind. The atmosphere is mellow. I could see it getting crowded since it’s a small space. But I came here at like 4:30pm and it was good.
Google Maps may bring you to the wrong place. Just type in the name of the restaurant (Shpana) and that should work. You’ll see a little pink entrance with a staircase going down.
Five stars. I’d eat here again.

My favourite vegan place - Edit
I love this place so much. So far I've had kimbap, katsu and curry. All of them were wonderful, especially kimbap. Prices are very reasonable, I'd even go as far as saying it might be the cheapest vegan place. Portions are great. Vibes are underground punk-y so if that's not your thing you might not enjoy the lighting/music/decor there. Main complaint is the cleanliness of dishes. First time I went with my friend he pointed out that the plates had sticky grease on them even though we didn't order anything greasy (kimbap and ramen) so it was kinda off-putting.

Cool place with punk music and underground vibes. The food is perfect and there is a variety of different special dishes. I liked the bolonez pasta and ramen the most. The service is also good and the tips are donated for Ukraine.

Staff here is nice and always helpful. One day they suggested us a free beer just because they were testing smth in the bar😅

Little bit hard to find, watch the pink entrance. Staff is very friendly and they have a big menu with traditional local and forgeiner food (korean, japanese,israel). Eyerthing was super delicious.
