Highly recommended, great menu and quality - Edit
Very special atmosphere. Completely vegan menu, everything very appealing, difficult to decide. Unfortunately, no rice was ready, but alternatives were great: we had tofu sao za with noodles, adjarian khachapuri and kimchi pancakes. The pancakes in particular were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Order the khachapuri! 🤤 - Edit
So happy we got to try this traditional dish. Even though the original one it’s made with cheese and egg (one of the most difficult things to veganise from my point of view), I’m sure this one is waaaay better that any other. The taste was incredible!

Welcome to an underground punk vegan society - Edit
The nice fellow working here explained that Shpana translates into some kind of a slang word for “punks” and that is how they see themselves. This is a group of leftist vegan kids who happen to know how to make excellent food! If you support authoritarian dictators, think war is justified, or are ultra-wealthy then you might not feel comfortable in this place.

Highly recommended, hope to go back again!

I visited a few months ago and tried both types of khachapuri (both excellent but I think the adjarian was one of my favourite meals in Tbilisi).

Very interesting place! - Edit
at the beginning it took us time to find it, it’s not in the center pf Tbilisi but if you are vegan who’s looking to enjoy good food - you must come. the pizza was absolutely amazing, and also it was the only place i could find that had traditional Khachapuri in a vegan version (and they made it so good!)
Read moreThe design choice is very interesting but i like the punk vibes, they also a had a room with alot of clothes and suff and a sign that said you can take whatever you want which i loved and was very thoughtful. hope it will help to people in need and also to reduce consumption 🩷

Good food but very weird place - Edit
The food itself is great. Awesome vegan Khachapuri and other great dishes, but if you like clean and organized restaurants you are not going to like this place. Not very clean, weird anti-war underground witchcrafty vibes, and unfriendly staff.

So good! Georgian-korean vegan food. Tried the khatchupi, kimchi pancakes. It was very cheap. Cant recomend this place enough. The obly downside is that its not quite in the center. But the trip us soooo worth it! Feels like housemade food with love.

one of the best restaurants ever! - Edit
a place that is clearly vegan for the animals & they mention being against all other forms of oppression and discrimination as well, so definitely a business to support 🤍 the food was amazing! we ended up coming here almost everyday during our stay in Tbilisi. we tried the vegan khachapuri with vegan egg & cheese and it was absolutely amazing! i was so glad to be able to try vegan khachapuri. we also tried their ramen, some other dishes and their minced meat pizza was also super amazing. i’m not a big fan of oreos but somehow i even loved their oreo milkshake (: do not miss this place if you go to Tbilisi!

Absolutely do not miss this place if you’re in Tbilisi. The inside is definitely no frills, but has lovely staff and vibe. Pro inclusion and equality space, anti war. I happily sat listening to the music and having cat cuddles. This is the only place in Tbilisi that I found vegan Khachapuri on the menu so I was keen to try this. It did not disappoint! 😍 The vegan egg is the best I’ve ever tried, I don’t know how they do it but the taste is spot on! Be aware currently they don’t accept cards and it’s cash only. They also don’t have WiFi. The kind staff allowed me to PayPal them the money over connected to a hotspot from their mobile.

Great vegan egg - Edit
I had the ramen and salad bowl, both were great, the highlight of the former being the vegan egg, never tasted anything like it. Also considering it all seemed to be homemade it was excellent value even by Tbilisi standards.

Epic - Edit
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. We went back two nights in a row. As former meat eaters, the food tasted very near meat and egg which was interesting. The Georgian bread bowl with egg and cheese was incredible. Very punk vibe with money from food orders being donated to local charities.

Amazing Khachapuri, great vibe - Edit
Love, love, love everything about this place. The Khachapuri was simplify a-ma-zing, so was the fried tofu egg (it reminded me a tiny little bit of Shakshuka...?), the salads were super tasty and the drinks menu is also great.
Read moreThere's a "free market" section in the back where you can drop off, swap or simply take with you second-hand clothing and other items.
They have donation boxes for a number of great causes, and all in all it really seems like the collective puts quite a lot of thought into their work and activism. And into their food! Plus, the staff were really sweet and helpful.
With just a few days in Tbilisi, we've been there twice already and will probably go back a third and maybe fourth time 😀
Bonus: real coffee!! 🤩

I would like to inform you that we have a new menu, as well as a permanent free market in the second hall (yeah, do not be afraid to go behind the bar: there is a second hall)
Read moreleave / take anything (near the toilet a shelf with appliances and all sorts of different things - this is also a free market)
we collect donations for vegan cuisine in Lviv - https://www.instagram.com/lviv_vegan_kitchen/, and we also collect things and essentials for "choose to help" - https://choosetohelp.ge/
we also use secondary waste collection: you can bring plastic caps and batteries, and we will donate them to "Parki ar minda" - https://www.instagram.com/parki_ar_minda/
a sticker is pasted on each of the tables: using the QR code, you can look at the menu and zoom it in to each pixel (and on the bar, the menu is located on two sides of each sheet: turn over to see everything!)
from myself I can advise Adjarian khachapuri and pizza with broccoli and mushrooms, as well as samsa and tofu scramble
also know that the kitchen closes at 23:00, and the bar continues to work according to mood (we warn you about closing 20 minutes in advance)
that is, it happened that they worked until 4 a.m., for example
