Delightful mapo tofu & eggplant dish - Edit
Shouko Ramen Bar in Vienna offers a delightful twist on some traditional dishes. I did not have their ramen yet, but I tried their eggplant dish and mapo tofu, both of which impressed with their unique flavors. The mapo tofu was loaded with mushrooms and Sichuan pepper, which gave it a good kick. The eggplant surprised with its fruity notes and tomato-based sauce. I really like those two dishes so it is nice to get some variety on it every once in a while 👍 We also had the avocado rolls and bali tofu which were more standard-fare type, still good.

Bland Ramen Broth - Edit
I had the Vegan Ramen which was very bland. The broth had almost no flavor, very disappointing. The Veggie Rolls were good tho.

Amazing Vegan Ramen - Edit
Loove the Vegan Ramen there, they also have a few other Vegan options, which includes main and side dishes. I can really recommend this place, the food is amazing, the staff is really nice and the ambience is also quite cozy (not as packed and tight like many other Ramen Bars)
