Delicious but SPICY - Edit
Their ramen was excellent! Noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings paired well with the broth. Be warned it is spicy! If you are spice sensitive ask for no chili oil, or light chili oil.

Nice and clean mall in Henderson. 20 minutes from strip. Actually I am not strict vegan but I love tan tan noodles so I had to try.
Read moreThe Tan tan noodles are green by kale which perfect with spicy soup. If you think too spicy there is lime wedge came with it! It’s game changer.
Also they have daikon salad that’s my favorite. I could eat all day.

Must try Vegan ramen!! - Edit
Normally, no matter which ramen restaurant I went to, the vegan ramen was not delicious, but the vegan ramen here was the most delicious I've ever eaten!
Read moreIt goes well with noodles with spicy sesame base and kale noodle in soup, and if you want to eat Vegan ramen anyway, I highly recommend it!!
In addition, Daikon radish salad and shishito pepper are also recommended.

The spicy vegan ramen with sesame flavor is very rich and delicious. They have other vegan options as well. The spicy edamame and shishito go perfectly with beer and Sake.
