An accidental find that is a must stop! My day was made after my first bite! - Edit
After stumbling across this restaurant after many failed attempts at other places I was a bit hesitant and very hungry. After indulging in my first bite I knew that my whole morning was about to change. I am now leaving full and overly satisfied in a culinary delight! Their vegan shakshuka was delicious.

Locals say "best hummus in Israel" - I agree - Edit
I only found out about this place due to the recommendation of our local tour guide from our vegan tasting tour. It's the kind of place you'd walk right by unless you know Hebrew, as all of the signage is in that language. BUT, if you eat there, you will have some life-changing hummus. It is perfection - light, airy, and so so tasty. The pita is fluffy as a cloud in heaven. The toppings were without parallel - the vegan special was out of this world. As a bonus, they are edging toward vegan - I chatted for a while with the manager ( who had never heard of Happy Cow!) and his wife, and the wife is vegan. A must-visit if you are in Tel Aviv.
