The Aged Tofu!! - Edit
Seriously, I loved the aged tofu here even before I was vegan. It is so good! We get it every time we come. You can remove the egg and oyster sauce from the vegetable fired rice with no problem and there are at least three vegan rolls to choose from. Avocado, cucumber, and peanut avocado. Also a good selection of sake- I recommend the peach one, it’s slightly fizzy which is fun.
