If you love Indian food, or have never tried it, you really must try Shanti's authentic Indian Cuisine. They are family owned and run. Everything is made fresh with love, the old world way that has been passed down through generations. They have Buffett Boxes for $9.99, and you get to choose which dishes you would like to put in yours. They can make pretty much any menu item vegan. Shanti's is a Certified Blue Zones Project Restaurant. Blue Zones Project® is a community-wide well-being initiative that makes healthy choices easier in all the places we live, work, and play. They are also a proud participant in the Umpqua Community Veg Education Group's (UC-VEG) Nutrition and Lifestyle Course (formerly THIP). Shanti's is open for take-out Monday - Saturday. From 11:30am-7:30pm. They are closed on Sunday, but if you call, you can arrange a Sunday pick-up as well.
