Worth crossing the Border!

I have been vegan for nearly 7 years and Shambhala is definitely one of my new favorites. I personally walked from Calexico to the restaurant, but it’s definitely not a quick walk. I ordered a veggie burger and it was quite flavorful. The owner Karla, is a longtime vegan very dedicated to the cause and does charitable work for local strays. The food is very inexpensive but high quality with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend!!

Pros: Tasty food, Inexpensive , Friendly staff/owner

Cons: Far from border

Siempre quedo lleno

Lugar pequeño pero lindo, puedes comer todo vegano tacos, hamburguesas y lo mas delicioso chillidogs veganos

Open hours not reliable

I wish I could have reviewed the food here but unfortunately after taking an uber across town to try it the restaurant isn't open during listed open hours. Hope you have better luck eating here.

Delicious asian style food!

We ate delicious vitnamese soups and spring roll! The waiter was very kind. The place is cozy and centric! We recomend it!

Shambala

All the vietnamesse soups in Shambala are delicious with fresh ingredients. If you are vegan and visiting Mexicali you have to try Shambala's Pho.

Pros: all the menu is 100% vegan , fresh ingredients , Price range low
