Ottimo - Edit
Tutto molto buono. I ravioli patate e menta indimenticabili!

Cibo ottimo! - Edit

Stunning 5 Course Menu - Edit
food was amazing and had a super good price. normally vegan course menus for five things is way more expensive. definitely a recommendation.

Il miglior ristorante vegan a Brescia - Edit
Locale informale, molto accogliente. Sapori sorprendenti e buonissimi. Consiglio vivamente bravissimi 👏👏👏

Simply a gem - Edit
I’ve been there almost a year ago and I really loved this place. Not only a restaurant, there’s a philosophy of life behind it, as you can easily understand reading the menu. The location is beautiful and the food is delicious. I opted for the tasting menu as suggested by the owner/waitress and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The dishes were beautifully presented and amazingly tasty, I also loved that they described all the ingredients of every single dish.
Read moreBe sure not to be in a hurry because it’s not the kind of place where you eat and go in less than a hour, they take their time and this is perfectly in line with my way of enjoying a meal, I think I spent there more than 2 hours... :)
Pros: Food (presentation, taste), Location, atmosphere, philosophy , Personnel

Tasting menu - 22€ - Edit
It’s a really peculiar place, with many items from different religion and a very personal philosophy about nutrition.
Read moreThey’ll insist that you choose the tasting menu (22€), so I wouldn’t recommend it for a quick dinner. The tasting takes a while (we were there for almost 2 hours), but it’s a wholesome experience. Several courses are served, and the owner explained each of them with passion.
I was there with my mum, who is not vegan, and she loved the food and the experience.
Totally recommended.
Pros: Food, High quality ingredients , Very passionate owner
Cons: It takes a bit of time

Great experience-beware of the waiting times - Edit
I absolutely fell in love with this place and the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere it is imbued in. It’s not your typical vegan restaurant, here
Read moreit’s highly recommended to choose the standard 20€ menu which if i remember correctly is a 4/5 course menu. You will spend at least 2 hours in this place because of the long waiting times but if you are in good company you will enjoy those too, granted that you come inside with the adequate state of mind.
Pros: Exceptional dishes all around , 20€ menu including dessert , Great setting
Cons: Long waiting times

Personale accogliente disponibile e preparato.
Pros: Ottime materie prime biologiche

High quality food, disappointing service - Edit
We went to Shakti because of the good reviews. At first, the waitress was really friendly and welcoming, but when we decided to only have one course instead of the menu offer (several courses for 22 euros), she completely changed. We waited 1 hour for our dish, while everyone around us who came after us got served first. The food she then brought was really nice, but we did not feel welcome any more. So I can only really recommend this place for people who want to try the menu offer.

You need to be a member of the association to eat - Edit
Be careful !!! It's not a restaurant but an association (it's free to become member, their religion is Ahimsa); And if the pretty decor is Indian, the food (very good) isn't at all Indian !!!

Lovely surprise - Edit
I am an Italian from Brescia living in London and last time I was back home I went searching for a vegan restaurant I knew opened a few years before and I really hoped it was there still . And it was !! The menu was divided into courses from starters to desserts or alternatively it offered a special selection of smaller portions which is the option my partner and I opted for .
Read moreEach dish was served with a little introduction by the waitress/owner of the restaurant.
The food was tasty and well presented , the atmosphere was relaxed and intimate , in the small cosy room there were a few other customers who all seemed to enjoy the food .
The above waitress was quite happy to stop and have a chat with us and eating at Shaktifood turnd out to be a relly nice experience .
Unfortunately I cannot remember what we paid for our dinner but I can say it was reasonable .
If anything should be said about the menu is that it could do with a few more basic ingredients rather than rely heavily on tofu or seitan but that is a really minor compain !
Will be back soon
Pros: price, taste, atmosphere
Cons: variety
