vegan sushi - Edit
I came here because I saw they had vegan sushi. They were super nice and had a separate area just for vegan stuff🥲👏🏼 that made me so happy... thank you for being so thoughtful. they make all the vegan sushi to order. The place is small and has a great variety of options.( Scan the QR code for menu)

I wouldn't expect a tiny sushi place in a Kroger parking lot in suburban Texas to have so many wonderful vegan options but they do! They even put the no vegan foods for my sister in a separate bag labeled non vegan as of my food was the actual normal food. My favorite is the San Antonio roll. Definitely 100%recommend

I didn’t realize places that weren’t all vegan couldn’t get 5 stars. It makes places with veg options look way worse. This place is great and the chef was super kind and accommodating. Best vegan sushi I’ve ever had.

Edit: I've ordered from them so many more times now and they've just gotten better and better! The owner is super nice and friendly too, he even gave me a free side order and said "We love our vegans" lol.
Read moreMy favorites are definitely the Tropical Roll, Dragon Springroll, and edamame potstickers! All good things to start with if you don't know what to pick. I always get at least one when I order from them.
Pretty much everything I've tried has been amazing! I'm shocked I haven't heard anything about it. The taste and texture is pretty much exactly how I remembered it and I'm really glad they have such a variety.
I've tried the Tropical Roll, the Hurricane Roll, the Tropical Springroll, and the King Scallop Roll so far.
The first three were like a 100 out of 10, but I found the scallop roll to be kinda bland. They were pretty generous with everything else except for the sauce on that one though so it could've been a fluke. I do think the Oyster mushroom could've been a bit less watery though too.
All in all though I highly recommend it, I'd just suggest sticking to things with a decent amount of toppings and/or sauce.

New vegan sushi restaurant in Houston! - Edit
So excited to have more sushi options in houston! I’m very impressed that they have a whole separate station for vegan sushi and a separate fryer for vegan sushi. Their sushi are sooooo good! So many options to choose from!! The owner was super nice and friendly.
