Good bimimbap - Edit
Unfortunately on the menu is only a vegetarian option but removing the egg seems to make the bimimbap vegan (as written by others here). Though with the small side for it, I believe that one part had some yoghurt and one other was some unidentified substance which I didn't want to try either.
Read moreMaybe it was just a language barrier, the waiter didn't speak much English and I basically don't speak any French.

Cons: Likely non-vegan side to the otherwise vegan dish

would give 5 stars if possible. Very tasty korean restaurant. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who explained the french menu to us. Just ask for no egg if you want a vegan bibimbap.

They have lots of vegan options, everything is made from scratch and so tasty. Owners are super kind and helpful they explained every dish and accepted to take off eggs.
