Vegan choices are not mentioned on the menu, but include the coliflor tacos (with no modifications), flour tortillas, corn tortillas, refried beans (no queso fresca) and whole black beans in addition to a vegan rice. Vegetarian items are clearly labeled, and kitchen staff is happy to modify to vegan if possible. Open Tue-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri 11:00am-10:00pm, Sat 10:00am-10:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:00pm. Closed Mon.

LOVE SERRANOS! - Edit
The cauliflower pastor tacos are out of this world. Also their refried, refried black beans and Pacifico rice is all vegan. The guac has so many toppings that are vegan as well. I’ve also made nachos with refried black beans, cauliflower Al pastor, with all the toppings except cheese and poured salsa picosa over it and it’s amazing! The manager Avery is also very knowledgeable about whats vegan.
