The menu is about 20 to 30% vegan or vegetarian. We tried the lasagna and the paella abd they were both tasty and well served portions.

Had the vegetarian lasagna here and it was really delicious. I don't think they have too many completely vegan dishes but they have quite a few vegetarian ones. The staff was very friendly and the food delicious

My hubby and I ate here once and had the vegan (quinoa) burger and roasted veg sandwich. Both came with a small portion of fries and the burger had vegan cheeze and mayo. The food was nice, but nothing special, considering the prices are higher than other restaurants in Mindo with vegan options.

Tried the vegan lasagna here and was a bit disappointed - no vegan cheese when I visited so the lasagna was just vegetables and had a strange flavour and no pasta!! Also quite expensive for what you get

We tried their lasagna and burger. Both were pretty good! She asked if we wanted vegan cheese on the lasagna and when we said yes it came with unmelted "cheddar" slices on top, which is a bit out of place and weird, but it worked decently. There are definitely cheaper places in Mindo, but if you crave some specific vegan food this might be the only place to get it.

This restaurant just opened in August 2022 and the owner is from Spain. She was very eager to explain to us all the vegan options on the menu. They offer lasagne with vegan cheese, vegan burger, vegan paella made from quinoa, and vegan ceviche. They also have fried yuca and tostones. Try their Sangria!Owner said she’s planning a vegan menu soon with many more options. Restaurant itself is hip and has trendy vibes.
