Food Outstanding - Edit
The food here was great. We got here late and they were out of most noodles. The sweet and sour fish soup was the best we had. The lemongrass tofu was good as well. The avocado smoothie had hardly any avocado flavor.

Very good food - Edit
We were there twice to eat. The restaurant as well as the tablecloths are clean. The food tastes excellent. Especially the mushroom dishes, such as mushroom salad or fried mushrooms taste great. I also recommend the Calamansi juice. The staff are friendly and very helpful. After over two weeks in Vietnam, the restaurant is at the top of our list.

Not very flexible - Edit
I asked for duck with sweet&sour sauce which wasn’t on the menu. They have duck and they have sweet&sour sauce but he refused my inquiry. Not very helpful and friendly, Vietnamese guest were treated way better than me (european). Won’t go there again. Food was ok, but had better.

Breakfast banh mi - Edit
I came for a breakfast banh mi to fuel my workout in the park. The banh mi was really good. I liked the crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside baguette, which was accompanied by a nice assortment of fresh herbs and veggies and several mock meats. It even had some clear noodles that added some nice chewiness to the sandwich.
Read moreMy only negative was that my first bite was overly crunchy—I think there might have still been a grain or two of dirt in the cilantro—but that didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment of the sandwich.
Oh! And it’s a good value: 16k vnd for a satisfying sandwich.
Pros: Cheap, Lots of different fillings

next time : different order - Edit
I was a little disappointed with this place,
Read moreThey had run out with my first choice, so I chose the tofu braised with mushroom (59k) some rice (~15k),.. and got the smallest portion! It was like 5 thin slices of tofu and 11 teeny tiny mushrooms (yes I counted) - to be fair it was super tasty, but definitely not satisfying for this price ( for that I can almost get 3 full bowls of veg pho in other places), also the staff forgot to bring my rice and was ignoring me for what felt like an eternity (the hungry me haha), maybe out of shyness?
However, the ambiente is nice, the menu has loads of mock meat options that according to other reviews are good - so I might give it another try
But as of now my feelings are mixed about this place

Super cute and cozy. Staff are very nice. We went there three times, service was always fast and polite. Sit on the floor mats and enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine like nowhere else - I recommend the lotus stem or banana flower salad! Also the vegan egg is divine. Literally everything is good, delicious, and well priced - surprisingly cheap for quality!

convenient, tasty but a little pricy. - Edit
I had the vegan pork braised with vegan egg (59k) with rice (13k) and ice tea (7k). The portion was 2 small chunks of meat and one and a half eggs in a sauce. Decent amount of rice. All very tasty and flavourful. Various mock meats and non dairy mills offered, and also vegan beer.
Read moreIt is up 2 flights of steep stairs. Wifi. No reason to expect it isn't fully vegan.
Pros: unique crack (pun intended) at a vegan egg, good location , English menu
Cons: small portions, expensive for Vietnamese standards, on 2nd floor with no lift- not wheelchair accessib

Been here the times now.

I've had some of the entrees as well for dinner and they were great.

Just ok - Edit
The location is central and convenient if you're in the backpacker area. The food is ok, but nothing special, and you can certainly do better for the money elsewhere (and far better in terms of the sensational taste experience that other places in this city offer). Fine but nothing special and would certainly not return given the plethora of other - way better - options around.
Read morePros: Nice jackfruit dish, Centrally located
Cons: Poor service, Just meh food in a city that's a vegan paradise
