Went there 2 days ago, sign existed but otherwise was just a wide empty room off the street with concrete drilling and such going inside.

Really affordable and tasty - Edit
We managed to feed 3 people for under 180k. I got the best-seller combo 3 which was some sort of noodles with mushroom, a bit of fruit and an awesome ginger-lime drink. Recommend if you're in the area.
